Caught spamming First Time :lower rank once
Second Time : lower rank twice
Third Time : Reset of post to 0

7. No double posting.
Caught Double Posting First Time :Warning
Second Time :Lower rank once
Third Time :Lower rank twice

8. Post in the right board.
Caught First Time :Warning ( With valid Reason )
